|| ANNA + BOBBY ||

After, a wild and crazy few months, I am so happy to share this engagement session with you that I shot yesterday, with the help of my wing woman Robyn, on the beach of the idyllic small town of Elie. Last time I was in this town was on a yoga retreat, it is just the cutest.
Anna & Bobby picked this place because this is where Bobby proposed! Which we re-anacted, this is a selection of my favourite beach-y and a few urban shots from this session, and you lucky pups have even got some behind the scenes at the end of myself and Robyn at 'work'- haha!

We spent the last of the golden hours slowly making our way across the beachfront to the spot where Bobby proposed to the drop dead gorgeous Anna... this is what happened during that walk...

Behind the scenes...
Okay please forgive me for being a over baked potato, I did not plan on getting my photo taken, nor clearly am I conscious of them being taken but I still love these pictures by Robyn Stewart, who is a wonderful help no end in every aspect. Also got a wee couple of snaps of this beautiful glowing red head, looking like I am a slave driver! :P Thanks so much Robyn.

Beth & Jim's Story...

Where do you start? To blog about a day like this day is such a difficult thing to do...
Everything from the amazing orange dresses to glorious Marquee in the garden.

I do believe the little kimonos have been handmade, I also believe there might have been a pin left in one (oops!) They just look utterly adorable, and I feel like this wedding may have had a good looking' policy because everyone is soo beautiful! At this point America's Next Top Modelling tips were coming in handy, the girls were modelling 'H2T' haha!

This wedding was also even more special as it was in my hometown, and there was familiar faces popping up everywhere, which just made me smile all day!

These beautiful faces have been painted by local make-up artist Annie Voigt Here is a link to Annie's Facebook page www.facebook.com/Annievoigtmakeup

The hair is fitting to each with there own individual hair style I loved that ALOT!

Beth being full of beans and full of emotions her preparations was truly tear jerking. There was so much to photograph and I tried very hard not to buckle crying whilst photographing Beth's dad's first look at her in the dress, Ian (Beth's Dad) the cheeky chappy that he is, was overwhelmed it was adorable to photograph. The image isn't in the blog as it's too special but it had to be mentioned as it was ONE of my favourite parts!

The ceremony, the room, the paintings, the atmosphere, the laughing, the love, the sunshine coming through the windows. What more could be said, it was breath-takingly beautiful!

The hard part is done, now it's time to let your hair loose or so to speak I don't think Gillian from 'Hope Hair & Beauty' would want you to let your kirbies out just yet! Yeah, obvious no ordinary minibus would do for these two, regular busses are just not orange enough!

Yup just look at the cake... Admire it. Made from obviously the best cheese! Patti (Beth's Mum) & owner of Smithies Deli www.smithiesdeli.co.uk was obviously the dab hand in this beauty!

Found this little polaroid in the corner as everyone was very merry at this point what could be more fun than 'Photoboothin'? Nothing obviously!

A few guest chose to re-tell there fishing stories on the dance floor these total groovers caught fish that were "THIIIIIIISSSS BIIIIGGGG"

After being there from morning till night, it was time to go home, not before nabbing some more drunk/happy 'lads' shots and slow shutters of the beautiful house. We were spoiled with a hot chocolate from my former 1st & 2nd years science teacher Mr. Rodger (Don't know his first name) hahaha

Hire him for EVERYTHING you ever do form now on, was super cool check it out www.alcappuccino.co.uk

I have to say a very big thank you to everyone as it was an enjoyable day, with great food, drink music & everything else. Well done and congratulations

Becci & Ronnie's story

Our journey started off at the Invercarse Hotel, where the bridal party were getting ready. They were great fun and were so organised we had beautiful shots in no time! The sun once again was beaming, beautiful light in the hotel windows.  Becci was looking jaw-droopingly lovely in a two piece wedding dressing that was simply stunning! The flowers were just my favourite! and look at the girls, just look at them!

We then dashed off to photograph the groom’s party who were a bit less organised than the ladies! This is where we met the adorable Mackie, who loved posing for the camera and we loved photographing him, who wouldn’t?

Mackie the littlest supermodel! We were all best friends before getting shot at with his water gun (no water in it though, thank god!)

Finally the main event had arrived, it was finally time for them to say I do! The ceremony was held in the Baxter Park Pavillion. The sun flooded in straight through the windows which made for beautiful photographs of a lovely ceremony full of laughter and smiles.

We then dashed off on our travels to meet everyone at Dil Se where the wedding meal was. Filled our bellies after the speeches, which were full of smiles which you can see from the photographs!

The next part of our journey took us to the West Park (we have toured Dundee) which is surprising-ly close to where it started! This is where the evening guests joined Becci and Ronnie to celebrate their special day (with beer and dancing mainly!). The dancing was great, especially from the DJ! Then we popped up our utterly ridiculous not safe for work Photo Booth! The guests loved pulling silly faces and wearing daft props.

Some big kids were embarrassed in the making of this Photo Booth!

Yes there were dancing en-expected dancing competitions ^

It was finally time for us to leave and get some much needed rest after a lovely wedding but before we did we got some final couple shots which were lovely outside on the grounds of West Park.
We had a lovely time photographing Becci and Ronnie’s beautiful wedding and met the friendliest people, you were all a pleasure to photograph. Becci and Ronnie, we wish you every happiness for your future together!

This is a teeny selection of the images from Becci & Ronnie's wedding, I could have went on and on choosing more, but the rest are for the happy newlyweds. I hope you have enjoyed this little insight into an amazing day! And thank you to my wonderful assistant Emilie Gray, who photographed, heavy lifted, drove, made sure I lost no marbles (:
